Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza is an amazing actress who is leaving a mark on the small screen. The year was 1976. De La Garza was born to a Mexican American father and an Irish-American mom in Columbus Ohio. De La Garza emigrated shortly to Texas to study physical therapy at University of Texas. De La Garza did not reside in Texas for long and shortly after moved in Orlando Florida, where she was able to take on various acting roles, such as local independent commercials and films. Even the small roles did not stop her from discovering that she loved acting. When she moved to New York, in 2001 she got her first part as a performer for the television show All My Children. Through the early part of 2000 she appeared in minor roles on JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she got a role in her debut series role on The Mountain The Mountain, a short-lived television drama. She was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was lucky enough to be a part of a cast that included some of the best TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. She was A.D.A. on Law & Order in 2006. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 seasons. Her next role was on the shorter-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. De La Garza has received numerous nominations for her character including Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominations. In 2008, she won the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award for a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza landed a regular role on CSI Miami a short time later. She was cast as Marisol Delko, the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. Her most recent appearance on TV was on Dr. Lena Solis on NBC's mildly darker show Do No Harm. The show was ended after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her younger twin brother Cory has a ten year old brother who is younger than her. Milano was born into a relatively conservative and religious family. Milano started her acting profession at the age of seven, when her babysitter took her to a stage audition. Her audition was in the top 1,000 applicants. She was selected as the only girl. Milano has appeared in ads both on Broadway and television, including the American musical version of Jane Eyre.
